I've recently upgraded to a Synology NAS device.

My house is wired, so there is no need for a wireless support.

I've currently got a 500X that i've removed the hdd from and put int the bedroom.

What i want is another mede8er device to put int he lounge.

All It really needs to have a is an ethernet port.

So, which mede8er would you recommend?

The 400 is only for sale in the EU.  You can get the 450x2...and treat it as a mobile Med as it small enough to  take on holiday or bussiness trips etc.
