I have have used YAMJ to create moves atrwork at my PC jukebox. The artwork file are created correctly under my Jukebox folder (i see also the HTML file with all my moves) but when i press copy to mede8er button, the program show that the copy is done but in mede8er 500x2 HDD the artwork is missing.
I delete my Jokeboxe files unistall and install YAMJ program but the same happens. My Jokebox on pc is correct has all files but nothing is copying  when i press yamj to mede8er button.

According to this guide http://www.mede8er.com/mede8er_y2m_user_guide.html the 7.12 dosent work.

(7.12 To process the images you can check all titles or individual titles and select the “RUN YAMJ TO MEDE8ER” Tab. Y2M will now copy all the images into the correct folders automatically).

(Windows ultimate 64bit, have both java for 32&64bit version and framework update).

Any ideas for help?
Thanks in advance

The program works correctly.
I havent understand that the Yamj to Mede8er button dosent copy the artwork to internal mede8er HDD but instead inside the pc watch folder.

Please lock this one

It copies the artwork to the folders where the movies are. If they are on the Mede8er HDD they are copied on the Mede8er HDD, if the movies are on a networked PC, the art files are copied in the folders on the PC.

I dont know if this will help but I had a similar problem.

First of all everything worked for me. My videos are stored on a NAS and I point Y2M to the proper video folder on the NAS (P:\Video). Have the Jukebox location on a sub folder in one of my PC hard drives and it all worked.

Then I changed my NAS so it would use Usernames and passwords which was required for a different function on the NAS. The P: share would open but only as a read only and the NAS required authentication to write files. So I created the network share on the PC of T: to point to the NAS and ask for authentication.

I changed my settings from P: to T: in the Y2M settings and since then no scanned video about.jpg or video.jpg was added to the video's folder.

I thought maybe this was a authentication problem but I had already entered the username and password and opened the share. I checked the log files and found that even though I had specified drive T: in all the settings I could find I was still seeing lines where the software was still adding videos from P: (perhaps something to do with the old Jukebox files that had previously been scanned in).

Rather than mess about any more I dismounted both drive P: and drive T: from my computer. Rebooted to make sure. Then I remapped the network drive with authentication request to drive P: and checked it worked. I ran Y2M and changed the settings to P:/Video. Once I pressed the Copy to Mede8er button everything worked again.

I dont understand why this is so, unless if changing the name of the drive you need to delete the jukebox and restart again. Certainly just changing the settings in the program did no good and I even checked the setting in the registry but couldnt find why the program was insisting in using the old share name.

So basically goto the folder one above where YAMJ_To_Mede8er program is installed.

Open the moviejukebox.log with a decent text editor (I use notepad++ it is free)
Scroll down to you see where it is adding movie files
e.g. [19:12:31 - Thread-1] Movie addMovieFile : P:/Videos/whatever.mkv
and check that the start of that filename, in this case P:/Videos, is the same as what you have defined in the program.
Note dont just accept it is the same for the first as it is for all look down the list a bit and make sure.

The other possibility is you have an authentication problem, try checking to see if you can create a blank text file on your share.

I dont know if this helps your case but I hope it at least gives you an idea on where to look.
