Guys

I'm planning to upgrade my 1TB HDD on my MED500X to 2TB.

But, i'm confused on which type of HDD to go for, whether it is SATA or SATA II. Please advise if it makes a big difference installing between the 2 models. Otherwise, I would settle for a SATA type.

Currently, I'm considering this model which is available in my country
