MED500X2 and Strong SRT-8525 IR signal conflicts

Hello!

Two days before I bought HD DVB-t receiver (SRT-8525) provided by our state mail company,  with option for watching pay tv. They provide only this model of receiver.
As I have Logitech Harmony 1100 Remote I wanted to program it with new device. After I done it, I realize that every time when I try to turn on Strong, it also is turns on MED and when Strong is turned off it also turns the MED off MED is not turned off, but this only happens when I use remote from Strong or Harmony with Strong's code for IR signal, but Strong don't react on commands sent from MED's remote or Harmony with MED code for IR signal.

It seems that only when MED is turned off it receive command for turn on!

Can you help me how to resolve this problem?
