If you experience a problem with a Logitech Universal Remote that the navigation jumps 2 -3 times when navigating the Mede8er GUI then you need to change a setting in the Logitech Remote.
Download software LogitechHarmonyRemote7.7.0-WIN-x86

2) Select Devices
3) Select Troubleshoot on the ICON that represents your Mede8er
4) Select Option 'Media Center PC responds to some commands either too many times or only occasionally'
5) Select Option '1'
6) Select 'Save' and update your Logitech
