Hi

I recently purchased a MED500X2 and connected it to my router via an ethernet cable. I have a laptop connected via
wireless to the router. I can navigate to the My Pictures  folder on the laptop and see all the sub-folders with the number of photos displayed in each sub-folder but when I use the Navigation Enter key no pictures are displayed.

Any help would be appreciated.

What firmware version did you install on your 500X2?
Did you enable Diashow in setup?

Please check the Global Media Filter on the Menu.  It can get set to video after a firmware install (even in the factory). Reset to ALL.
