Please - I am not very technical.  Just had internal hdd installed - chap at shop installed and formatted hard drive for me.  I have created MOVIES folder and copied movies onto hdd but when I plug into tv and switch on it keeps on rebooting.  What have i done wrong? Oh - and I used to only have external hdd and it worked perfectly...

I suggest to connect it to your PC by usb cable, and remove the .Theatre folder.
You might have a corrupt scan db file that is causing reboots.

Verify also if you have installed latest firmware 1.6:

Thank you!!!! That was exactly the problem - deleted .theatre file and it is all good.  You guys are great!
