Tips on how to sort TV series for mede8er

I use it like this:

- TV
  - The Big Bang Theory
    - S05
       - S05E01
          - The Big Bang Theory S05E01.mkv


humz that is fine i use the same directory settings

open thumgen go settings >> tv shows/series/anima tap   did u mark the S$E# one ?
if not try that

Perhaps a small change to the structure would help, like this...

- TV
--- The Big Bang Theory
------ Season 5
--------- S05E01
------------ S05E01-The Skank Reflex Analysis.mkv
--------- S05E02
------------ S05E02-The Infestation Hypothesis.mkv

Using the episode name in the file name should help locate the correct episode.

that might help but i got s01e01 enz for al mme shows and never had that problem it always shows the plot info in the about .jpg and the series info in the xml

then i have to look up every eps myself to find the name first 

not a real big problem when it's about just 1 season of just 1 show...............
but it's not just that

My suggestion was just for you to try one or two episodes that way and see if it helped, and if so, that would indicate a problem with the scraper matching the episode name.  If that does not help, then you can eliminate that as an issue and continue debugging looking for a different issue.

Hi Eentje,

I'm stuck following your document. At some point you wrote: "And do the same at ” import images” .Where your done click ok. And Click “Process Files/Folders"... I don't understand what I have to do @ import images. The screenshots above and under this line of text are the same. I'm confused.

Also, when I'm going further and let ThumbGen generate the info and images my about.jpg gets messed up, all episodes from the season will have the same about.jpg.

I'm also dutch so my english might be not that good. I hope somebody can help me, just bought the med8er this week.

I right have a dutch version sombere on my home computer il will take a look at ik night.

Bad il take a close look at the guide i can be i have double images in the guide since i rushet the guide

Edit : i found the prob u mentioned. I put the wrong picture and the import raming. U schuld put the name info in the import images tab as the namess u put in the export part earlier in the guide. I hoe that help for now. Il updatebthe guide later night when i get home

for the first episode of every season i use Split-Sheet_Episode_FixedBack_1. for the other episodes Split-Sheet_Episode_FixedBack_2 and Split-Sheet_Series for series and Split-Sheet_Season for series

and i personally use the fullfan sheets.

Does anyone have a clue on how to deal with two issues:

1) IMDB says that the series is "Prince Caspian and the Voyage of the Dawn Treader" while in TVDB it's the second season of "The Chronicles of Narnia".

2) IMDB does not have an entry while TVDB does.

thanks for your the guide that you have made, i hope you will make one in dutch to, thats easier to read and understand.

I have a question. how does it works with new episodes. for example, i am watching the new season of game of thrones now, so every week there will be a new episode that i put in het season 2 folder of game of thrones on my mede8er. How can i update this folder?

to make it clear i will also write it in dutch:

bij series die nu nog bezig zijn, dus bijvoorbeeld het nieuwe seizoen van game of thrones, hoe houd ik dan de map bij, zodat ik iedere week wanneer ik er een nieuwe aflevering opzet, de series jpg en dergelijke wordt ge update.
