I should have written: SOMETIMES Remote suddenly stops... At a time when the remote is not working, the LED does not light up at the push of any button. Remote start working when the batteries are removed and returned back (those that are in it). Remote with this kind defect can not be replaced. To say this is a defect that can happen sometimes? (Is it at all HW defect? Or SW?)

If the led fails (also internmittend) on the remote it must be some issue with:
- circuit board itself, button press should always light the led on the RC. Reason for exchange under warranty
- issue with batteries - exchange batteries
- contact problem on the contact lips - clean the contacts with some alcohol or replace batteries

From the first post, and the third problem...
Question ... Why MED500X2 (firmware V2.07 and others) suffer from memory effect (with subtitles). Explanation: When you delete a one row of subtitle (MKV file with external subtitle, not muxed), and then play the movie, the deleted row still shows??? Deleted row disappears only when we make the manipulation with the respective title (copy sub to comp, then paste back on the file).

You mean when you remove the external sub over the network while you are on the movie in the gui?
