Such humility!  
If Microsoft made a similer statement users would be ranting on websites.  

Perhaps they need more professional input. Open Office is now backed by Oracle giving users that extra confidence that a professional attitude to roll outs etc will take place.

I'm reminded of Amstrad. The project team on their Pc's where asked why sales wern't as good as expected. The sales guys said customers wern't convinced it would work long term without a fan. The engineers said sales should try harder to convince them the fan wasn't needed.  Alan Suger just told them to fit the bl***y fan! Someone at Matoska should be telling the software engineers to change the bl***y default!
