Nice guide! Helped me a lot!
Just another question.. Is it possible to listen music without having the tv on? I have my mede8er with 1,5 TB harddisk connected to a onkyo ht-r538 a/v receiver and then connected to my television Philips 42 PFL5405 but when i shut it off the whole player quits playing.
I installed the v4beta firmware.
Tnx

It should be possible but only problem is that you don;t see the tracks to select them.
But when its playing and you only shut off the TV, normally you still should get sound over your AMP.

Is it possible to play whole maps at once? I have sorted my music by [map]artist - [map]album - tracks. But is it possible to play all the albums of one artist? That i choose the artist map and that it will play all the tracks in the maps of that artist?

Tnx
