MED500X2 - Can't save config

Hi

I tried to "Save Config" today but after a few seconds it comes up with "Failed!"  Running firmware 2.0.3 with an internal 2TB hard drive.  Any ideas?

Did you put an usb stick in your mede8er usb port?
It only saves the config to a config file on an usb stick.
