Author Topic: Problem whit Photo on USB Pen or memory Card  (Read 317 times)

I have a problem whit 400X2, When i can see the photo stored in memory card (SD Card) or USB Pen drive the 400X2 crash after few second and the display will be black and i unplug the ac/dc adapter for restart the 400X2.
Someone can help me?

I'm going to move this to Tech whilst we get more details.


I just tried  a stick on with one jpg on it....no problems.  Are you  using a lot of photo's with slide show enabled?

More details needed.....

Used firmware version, type of jpg pictures, maybe some media info output, maybe some sample on ftp that crashes it hard?

Whit every firmware crash. Now i used the last firmare but the problem don't solved.

We need more details. We need to test the files which  "trigger" the crash. The files may not be a supported.

I try a different jpeg from different photocamera. The crash start in the thumbnail when i want to navigate the photo.

Post the jpeg to the test ftp area. See top sticky for unstructiins.
