Complaints?  So the purpose of a forum is just to complain..and sit back and wait for a fix?  Mosts of the posts are requests for help..on the understanding that help could well be changes in how the user have their X2, or or other equipment set up.

We are here to help users deal with reality...and that requires  users to ditch  their expectations if they are in the way.

I am experienced enough to help myself (and I have tried all combinations and options suggested already by the time you or others suggest it) - if I complain then it requires action from the vendor. If they don't wanna give it, it means they are unable to address it.

Its simple I want to connect first time, every time like all my other devices do - thats it.

If it doesn't work consistently (Manual setup not at all), you need to improve your testing and fix. I have provided all info. Customers want to hear your solutions not your problems - how you overcome your problems is your affair. I have the patience to try and better a local (SA) product by engaging like this. If you don't appreciate that and do not explain why - I will simply stay away in future. Your problem will remain though from other sources than me.

Just for your info - I have 30years experience with these type of problems and their solutions - you have a product problem that a customer cannot fix, no matter how he tries - please hear what I am saying and do something about it.
