Hi, i'm trying to play MOV files on my 500x2 from SD Card. but there is no sound,
i tried different movie (MKV) and there was sound .
does mede8er support MOV.'s files?

Use mediainfo to find the contents. A big issue is AAC has a passthrough format, butonly ipod docking stations support it. So you may have to manulky change to steropcm.

Suggest to post some media info as suggested by Jer. Probably some audio codec in the media that is not supported.
You can find media info link in the beginners guide (see my footer).

Looks like the Casio uses MOV format, H.264/IMA-ADPCM (stereo). Its not a supported audio codec. If you upload a small sample I will get it to Realtek for evaluation. This converter may well be the workaround at this point http://mp4cam2avi.sourceforge.net/Mede8er1

Why? As predicted by Mede8er1 the audio is not a supported codec. You will have to transcode the audio and remux.
