Lateley getting a lot of errors like [Fatal Error]

Lately I'm getting a lot of errors like this:

[Fatal Error] :1:1: Content is not allowed in prolog.
[TheTVDB API] Episode error: Unable to parse TheTVDb response, please try again later.

Happens with a lot of series lately. There's f.ex. season 2 of Dexter which is almost not to complete because of this error. It always hangs at episode 5, giving me this message. I then checked thetvdb.com, but there it's fine, the site is reachable.

I'm using beta7, didn't test beta8 yet, but I guess it has nothing to do with that anyway.

Any ideas?

Sounds like some issue with the TVDb server not responding.

Yeah, annoying thing is that this happens a lot lately. Is there no other site where I could get the info from?

I think this is the only site that has the most regarding series. Not another around.

This still keeps happening, very, very annoying!!

I'm using the latest YAMJ version now. There's no problem at all with older TV series, but as soon as there's some new episodes like f.ex. The Mentalist, Person of Interest, Grimm, HIMYM... I cannot get it to work, always getting this annoying error.

Isn't there really any other way around? When I go to the site, it works just perfectly, and I cannot imagine thousands of people downloading the same episode art at the same time over and over again. There must be a solution, or reason for this.

You could try to use Thumbgen to see if you get the same issues.

I never used it before, so that might be tricky. I tried it once, longer time ago, but couldn't figure out how it works, but I didn't try really hard I have to admit. YAMJ seemed by far easier to use.

And I guess I will have different looking pictures with that one, as I'm using the default YAMJ skin for my movies and series since forever, and I wouldn't suddenly want to have a different layout.
