Hi,

I recently bought the MED300X and so far I never managed to accessed the hard drive. It runs firmware v1.1.

When attaching an external drive I can access it via Media library in some occasions but sometimes this does not work either.

When linking up a PC to the mED300X the mede8er is not recognized at all.

Any idea what is wrong with it?

Did you format the internal drive from mede8er setup menu?

And first advise is to upgrade your firmware to the latest 300X firmware version:

1.4 is latest.
