Mede8er 300X is giving a error message when I start it up. The message is "Unknown Hardware! Software cant be used!"
I have instaleed the latest firmware and the message is still coming up. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can fix this problem? Huh

Which fw did you install? And what version firmware was on the box before you loaded new firmware?

V1.4. I contacted the support dept and they are going to send me a new unit as nothing seems to work. Thanks for the reply.
