Can someone give the settings that i sould use in ThumbGen...
in order to have the right XML file, about and folder for MEDE8ER?

That one is very old..... and also a lot about old Thumbgen versions.

Read the  Mede8er 400X/500X Beginners Guide
or Mede8er 500X2/400X2/450X2 Beginners Guide

Also check the Technical Support Guidelines first.
