Using Y2M for Mede8er and Popcornhour C-200?
« on: August 09, 2011, 09:35:18 pm »
Hi All,

I would like to request some guidance from anyone who has a NMT like the Popcornhour as well as a Mede8er (500X in my case). I love the clean and automated way of collecting the data via Y2M and would like to have the same look and feel on my C-200 using YAMJ (defaults - no skins). I can access the Jukebox generated by Y2M as it seems to be a modified AEON video wall with some customisations. The problem is that it is not displaying correctly on my 42" plasma despite trying the overscan tool so I would likely need to play with resolution settings here? I also suspect that the "play" function on the default NMT YAMJ side might also be a problem?

I'd like to scrape all the movie info using only Y2M and just export to the Mede8er thus maintaining a single repository instead of the 2 separate ones I'm using currently. I have read a lot about editing the necessary files for skinning etc but have no idea if what I want to do is possible?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
