MKV plays 3 times as fast as normal

Lately I have with a mkv (or more some mkv's a strange issue). It plays 3 times faster as normal. The strange thing is, that it plays it normal in the preview, this only happens when I play the files normally. Rewing, forward or CM Skip are not helping. Anyone any idea what could be the cause. Maybe the Video-Profile?
