Re: chapters in mkv (fixed interval)

Hello,

thanks for posting, this tool provides .NET 4.0 framework, BTW.

Thanx for sharing,
if only you could edit your post with some description about this software.

The software chops your MKV into chapters of fixed lenght (you can chose this lenght).

Personally I prefer using
- the .-> button on my remote to skip a minute,
- the goto button if I want to make a bigger leap.

And then there is the option to run your video in 1.5 or 2x speed (with audio!),
but recently this feature doesn't work with any type of movie, I feel.

Regards
Medi

Thanks for posting this! It was nice to be able to add 5 minute chapter skips to the mkvs in my collection.  Reminiscent of DVD chapter skipping. 5 minute chapters is a perfect time skip in my opinion. Perhaps in a future firmware update, Shizzl can script in an option to be able to change the  skip time of the "cmskip" command. It's currently set for 1 minute intervals, and you can't change it. At least until then, this little program will enable us to add bigger chapter skips in mkv files.
