After I upgraded my Mede8er to the latest version, It will not turn on anymore. Any idea what to do?
How to downgrade?

You are referring to to the 4.0.4 firmware?

What stick are you using?
Suggest first to try another USB stick.

or Mede8er 500X2/400X2/450X2 Beginners Guide

Also check the Technical Support Guidelines first.

mr. Maasbommel: Are u sure that the firmware MED500X2/400X2/450X2 V2.0.0 --- Latest 18 November 2011 XXXX LATEST XXXXX  is not only for the X2 but also for the X series. I did the upgrade also on my 500x but it wont work. Uses the same usb stick with MED500X_V4.0.4_1026_3March2011 and all is playing well after reinstall.

Well I registered my device ( 500) and receive an email for an update. I saw after the upgrade that in the mail was spoken over the x2 series. And I thought you got a kind of relationship with mede8er........
So therefore it was'nt very handy from Mede8er to send everybody the mail ( 500 and 500x2). Thatswhy. In nederlands zou het beter uit te leggen zijn...
Unless you tell me that the V2 is also for the 500 series.( i hope)

satje4u, the V2 firmware is not for the X series, but only for the x2 series.

I can see why you are confused. You should only get notifications for the chip/model you have.

That would be better, only issue is: that is not in the user profile.
So you can only notify all and not based on what a users has....
