Remove US/UK icon from artwork

Okay, I give up.

I've run Yamj for Mede8er and it all seems to work fine, video wall is up and running etc.

However, the one annoying thing is that a lot of the films have a US/UK flag in the top left hand corner of the artwork and "SUBS" in the top right. Is there a setting which can be turned off or do I need to source the artwork elsewhere and overwrite?

Don't fancy the second option as there is over 500 films!

what skin do you use?
You can edit HTML/CSS file in the skin folder to match your need (enable/disable/remove), but you need knowledge about HTML/CSS.
If you could upload your skin (folder) as RAR/ZIP, maybe I could help to remove it.
You may need to regenerate cover-art with Y2M (no need internet access anymore).

Just use the default skin.

My guess is that there is some param to disable it.
Have not looked for it, but you migh look in the .xml files that are in the default skin folder and search for the correct param.

Had already edited skin.properties in the default skin and set thumbnails.language=false. However, on checking i'd put fasle instead of false - IDIOT!

Anyway tried again with a unripped DVD and it works! Only problem now is to redo the other 500+.

Tried to delete jukebox folder (after copying it) and re-run Yamj but it (as suspected) it re-created the wrong artwork etc for some films, which would need to be re-done manually i.e. copy from amazon and edit .xml etc.

Is there a way to speed up Yamj to Mede8er?

I have a folder structure of Videos/ and then each film is in its own sub-folder.

What happens is that I select the DVD folder and run Yamj for that 1 film but it also processes all the other sub-directories for some reason?

Setting thumbnails.language=false seems to work for removing the country in the top left corner but the "Subs" in the top right remains on most artwork

Any ideas?

Haven't test DVD structure into YAMJ, but it should work as long as you put your folder structure as :
/Movie_Title_DVD/VIDEO_TS  --> put Movie_Title_DVD folder or above to scan.

For subs, I'm afraid there's no config for removing that. Could you post one jpg sample on which region you wish to remove, I'll try to help by removing it in skin file.

but you have to regenerate YAMJ, cause this is poster overlay.
try to generate one title to see it works or not.

Another way to remove SUBS (overlay pic on poster) is to locate PNG file in YAMJ/Skins/Your_Skin/resources folder or in YAMJ/Skins/Your_Skinhtml/pictures, remove it from folder, regenerate YAMJ.

If you could post about.jpg image (whole sheet) for us to see.

As you can tell the About.jpg does not contain the "SUBS" in the top right hand corner only the file black rain_small.png does (stored in the jukebox folder). Hence the Mede8er (V4B5) shows the "SUBS" on the video wall.
