Remote Batteries keep going flat after 2 days?

As the title says, my batteries in my remote go flat after about 2 days.
The remote is not being used, they just seem to discharge, i have used duracell, philips allsorts, still the same??

Any help would be appreciated.

I own the Med 500 and never had any issues.

Please check that none of the buttons are stuck down.
You can check if it is transmitting by using a digital camera and pointing it at the front of the remote. If it is transmitting you will see it.

If you don't some right then I would recommend returning it.
