Hi,

I've problems playing mp4 files. The mede8er 500x doens't recognize them. Do i have to concert them to .mkv of are their other (faster) options. Her's the file info on one of the files;

Didyou use a particuler Handbrake Profile? Handbrake is the only transcoder (i know of) which recognises that different hardware has different tolerences with encoding settings.

I didn't transcode the files myself, so I don't know what handbrake profile was used.
