Hi.
I placed an order two weeks ago, but I never received any payment info. So I mailed you back, but no answer.

This week I did get reminders from both you and paypal that I hadn't payed. So once again I tried to contact you, but same thing again. No answer.

Could you please help me out here? I would really like my mede8er soon.

I used your European site and my number is Order 43.

My e-mail is: anders.berfner(at)itt.com

I just checked with our EU partner and they claim the payment info was mailed to you. Pls check your junk folder as it might have ended up in there. If you still dont have it pls let me know.

I also haven't received a payment request. I also checked my junkfolder.

I suggest you mail  sales@mede8er.eu  as they control the sales in the EU. From my investigation it looks like you are not receiving the mails.

Hello again.
I did actually get a now, but it appears like you don't want me as a customer...

Your sales office claim that this info is included in the mails from PayPal, but it is not. I can't see at least. And I can't understand why they refuse to just send it to me?
It seems like I have to buy some other media extender. Feels bad, Mede8ter looked promising...

I now know what is wrong. I didn't know that "Doorgaan" meant "This-is-the-button-you-shall-push-in-order-to-pay". I didn't even see that it was a button until today. Well, everything is paid now.
