Fresh Med500x User

Picked one up last week at the dynabite in the Netherlands. A store I usually avoid btw.

I'm quiet impressed by this product bought the barebone version and stream everything from my ubuntu fileserver to the mede8er. Even the 1080p Imax version from The Dark Night plays on my 50inch plasma screen without a hitch.

Only thing that bothered me a bit was the fact that upnp is a lot slower and no option to fastforward more than 2x through upnp.Then again this could also be a result of a bad config of my upnp server as it is optimized to work with an xbox 360 atm.
Have not tried nfs yet.

I like the 3.04 firmware interface. it is fast, clear, and clean.

All in All great value for money !
