Hi.
I've just installed duneX on my Mac and did a first run analysis.
Movies were detected but picture and movie scrap is not downloaded.
I can see that the movie was detected because if I navigate down the list I can see the year being updated and being the correct year for the selected movie.
Even if I do a manual search the movie synopsis doesn't show.
Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks.
Pedro

Hi Pedro,
You should check DuneX settings regarding info source and language settings. There's a chance that data is not fully available for your own language or that the selected movie source API are broken: TMDB API have changed over time, for instance...

Hi mognons. Thanks for the reply.
Yesterday I tried The MovieDB and IMDB also (only 3 option, the 3rd one was french if  I'm not mistaken).
Both did not retrieve all information, although to be fair IMDB did give me director and actors information. Neither gave me synopsis.
Language was set to English and I did not change that from default.
Could it be an API problem? With both TMDB and IMDB?
Thanks for the help.
Pedro

Hi Pedro, it could be a problem with the source: IMDB changes often their interface and DuneX, AFAIK. relies on an external plugin to access IMDB. TMDB transitioned from API v2 to v3: it may be that your version of DuneX supports only v2 APIs. Try to update it or get in touch with its developer to have any news about it.
