Problem with .MKV (x264) file reproduction - M8 just skips it

Hi,

I downloaded this movie:
Bullitt (1968) DVDRip x264-DEViSE
It's in .MKV format and it has two parts (CD1 and CD2, 2 x 700MB).

I already played it on PC on BS Player, VLC and with WMP.
And it woked OK.
I sent them to Mede8er by network and first part wont to start, just skips it and goes on second CD.

Could you put MediaInfo about this 2 video files... Maybe the file become corrupted during transfer to the Mede8er???
Could you try to play this file on PC from Mede8er (over network).

Try to copy via USB, might have corrupted while copying over network ...

like MarioB say , post the MediaInfo log .

cd1 part or chapter, or whatever is,  could be corupted.

did you try to use Go To button for choosing the right chapter?

Well, that's good idea, will try  it in 2-3 days, when I get home.
Now I am not home.

Also I will try to copy it by USB

Only thing I saw already is that M8 calculate it's size and length in H:M:S but no preview and no play.

So, I am home now and I treid this:
1. I started both movie files from my PC over network on Mede8er.
    Both were working OK.

2. I send the first (problematic) file to USB stick and I transferred it to Mede8er and it wasn't working.

from me i recomend you to remux them ,
use MKVMERGE for that........

Tachita thank you very much, I used the program you mentioned and all is OK now.
I just remuxed first part of the movie, because it was making problems.
File size has decreased by 300-400 kb and plays perfectly.
