Lousy respone or should i say no respone from mede8er

Hi guys,

I just wanna voice out something.
I have email to the mede8er sales team inquiring some info on the MED500X cos i was planning to get one.
but to my disappointment, there is totally no response from  them.
Sent 3 emails since 29 June and till now not a single reply.
To me, this clearly reflects how bad their service is.

I was just asking a simple question.
How do i differentiate MED500X with the newer 1073DD+ chipset.
I guess i will give this a pass.

Yup, i did saw the info on the next day after i posted in the forum.
But the thing is, not even a single email reply to date from mede8er which is the thing i which to highlight now.
