Update for my med800x3D where do I go ?

Where do I find an update to download for my mid800x3D box !
There are several usb formats to day where I receive the message “unsupported format” while the same video file normal plays on my mac laptop ! :-\

Formats are defined by the hardware codecs in the chip and cannot be upgraded by firmware.
PC's and MAC's use software codecs.
