Video Wall shows NOT AVAILABLE when selecting the shortcut
« on: February 21, 2021, 07:51:44 PM »
We have a 400X here and all the folders on the USB drive are filled with MKV/MPEG4/TS (or whatever) and folder.jpg (8KB) and about.jpg in their separate movie folders.

When creating a shortcut to the folder ("movies") the Video Wall will not open the "movies" shortcut when squeezing the OK button... it shows "NOT AVAILABLE"...

The FW of the 400X is 4.06
HD is connected with USB
HD is named "Movies1"
HD is HFS formatted
HD will NEVER again be formatted in NTFS or FAT or whatever MS filesystem

I would appreciate every hint to make things work with the USB drives and VW...
thanks

You need to  hide the HFS by attaching the drive to Mac and sharing via the network.
