Hi, I have the 600X3D and have recently had a problem with the unit displaying on about a quarter of my TV screen. The entire screen is filled throughout the menu navigation right up until the video starts to play, and then it shrinks down consuming only the upper left quarter of the screen. If I re-boot, the entire process begins again, full screen during navigation and then shrinks down when video starts. I have tried to factory reset but cannot get it to factory reset. I tried unplugging from back, reinserting power connector, holding the ON/OFF button for 10 sec and all I get is a large E83 Mede8er logo onscreen. No factory reset.
