meders don't see windows 10
« on: April 03, 2020, 08:37:19 AM »
Hello everyone!
unfortunately I don't speak English and therefore I rely on google translator and consequently I apologize for any errors!

my problem is this:
I have a med800 and a med600, connected with a wired network to a pc that mounts win7! so far everything is ok!
the problem arises when I connect them to a PC that mounts 64 bit win10, that is, meders cannot access the pc with this operating system.
I state that in the meders both password and user of the pc are put
the firmware of both meders are at 4.0.2 (I can't find others)
the sharing support settings smb1.0 / cifs are all enabled (also tried to disable them but nothing changes)

I look forward and trust in your help to solve this problem
thanks

Try this and see if it makes any difference.

In Windows 10 go to
Settings/Network & Settings

On the bottom left click Network reset

Resetting the network often fixes these problems when one computer cannot see another.

Did you enable Samba 1.0 in Windows?
