800x3d cannot copy srt files

Good evening,
I recently bought a 800x3d as a replacement for my 500.
With the 800x3d I have a problem copying the subtitle file.
I have a mp4-file and a srt-file on my usb-drive, when I want to copy these two files to my HDD, the copy program (pen) only detects the mp4, so I cannot copy the srt-file to my HDD.
The srt remains on the usb-drive.
How can I solve this problem?

It can't copy hidden  files unless you copy the parent folder instead. Then  everything should go  across in the folder.
