Scan problem - no longer pulling files from the jukebox

All of a sudden my scans are returning blank files for all new movies like it isnít scraping/reading the jukebox correctly. 

The jpgs, xml etc all seem to be there in the jukebox for the movies and the scan is correctly identifying the new folders and completing the scan without error.  Itís just none of the correct data is being pulled from the jukebox.

Even if I delete the files from the individual movie folder and rescan, it is now coming back with blanks now.  Iíve done no firmware updates recently. 

Any ideas gratefully received !

I had the same problem for 1 day. Now I just get "Scan Failed".

I really need to solve this.

i changed my dns to 1.1.1.1 and it worked again
