USB Connection to Windows 10
« on: November 08, 2018, 11:52:32 AM »
Hi all,
I have a corrupt mkv file on my 800x3d and every time I try to delete it it closes the machine down and restarts (and the file remains). I thought best to connect it to PC via USB and clear it that way but I can't get the machine to show up on my Windows 10 PC. Could somebody please advise if there is an issue or remind me of the exact process for USB connection? Failing that, can anyone advise how to delete a stubborn file?
Many thanks.

For some reason my issue was resolved by renaming my HDD with a new letter in disk management. Not sure what I did really but sorted it in the end.
