LAN port dead

Hi, I'm trying to connect my med8ter to the router with a rj45 cable but doesn't work (so far never used lan cable)
The green and yellow lights of the lan port never turn on.
Also if I connect the med8ter to the pc with lan cable.
I go to setup, lan configuration, automatic IP (DHCP), save and test: but the result is test failed.
Same result with static IP.
I changed 3 lan cables but the result is the same.
What could be the problem?
I bought it 1 year ago.

Wow...... A lot of help!  :'(
Very poor item..... No Assistance even if still in warranty, broken without use.
Not recommended.

Same problem here, took me a while to figure out what the problem was. I am returning it under warranty to the store where I bought it. It will be repaired free.

Hi, I bought it on Amazon 1 yaer ago. I registered the Product on the site so I take 5 years warranty (they say).
I returned it under warranty in Netherlands (they require item in 14 days) and I spent 43 of shipping cost. I hope it Will be repaired free also. In Italy when an item is under warranty, everything is free, also The shipping. I'm waiting.

After they received my package I wrote to the Assistance (support@mede8er.eu, support@tsn-support.eurma@ibdl.nl) but they never answer about the status of my mede8er. Everything is a mistery.

Before send the med8ter every communication was by email..... After they received the package (13 days ago) nobody answer. I have already spent too much for the shipping, I do not want to spend any more money to call a phantom support. I dont understand why they dont answer.
