Hi there
I have to 500x2 with the latest software, after a while of running both units freeze, I have to unplug the power and then reconnect to get them up and running. the units are connected via lan to my network with assigned ip addresses.
I have changed power supplies but to no avail
Can anyone advised as to the cause and how to solve the problem.
The time it takes for the unit to freeze can be anywhere between a few hours and a few days.
I also have a 10003d unit which runs fine
