MED600X3D - Not connecting to Router (LAN)
« on: February 11, 2018, 05:44:42 pm »
Hey Guys, I have been using my mede8er with a TP-Link (TD-W8960N) router connected via the LAN cable.
The mede8er connects fine to the network (pass the network test - in settings).
I just upgraded my router to a TP-Link TD-W8968, and my mede8er does not want to connect to the network (it keeps failing the network test).
I couldnt find any settings on the router that might be causing this issue, also something I noticed, the LAN Port light (port which the mede8er is plugged into) keeps flashing, I tried it on all the ports and it does the same thing.
The old router the light is on solid.
Please help

Try running the players DHCP setup again, and set the manual DNS setting to the gateway IP allocated by DHCP.
