Recent versions of IOS have shifted to 64 bit.  If you have a recent IOS device and upgrade to IOS 11 or later you may find Med apps stop working.

I have got the ios app M8 Jukebox on my Ipad Pro 9.7 and so far it does still work as is supposed to.

 Still need to check with that minor update to 11.01 but I don't expect any major problems. Fingers crossed for later on but last time I checked no problems with the app on IOS 11.

To use a BT controller your iPhone will need to be jailbroken and the use the bluetrol app. Has iOS 8 been jailbroken?
