MED500X keeps on switching off
« on: December 30, 2016, 12:39:02 pm »
Hi there,

I have got the the Mede8er MED500X and was working fine.

Suddenly it starting flickering displaying and then no signal. Once I restarted it, it just keeps on displaying the 8 logo and then as soon as I try and go the the menu as suggested by the forums it keeps on displaying NO SIGNAL.

Might the unit be faulty or is there something that can be done?

Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Try downloading the latest firmware again, put it on a USB drive, connect and reflash the operating system. It might help/solve it.
