Med500x2 vs Windows 10 folder write rights problem
« on: May 08, 2016, 11:23:07 pm »
Hi folks,

My dad has a Med500x2 with Windows 10 and although I used Windows Share Manager to set the read and write rights, and those shares turn up green, when I look it up in the folder settings they are reset to Read Only every time.

So now it's impossible to scrape cause no files can be written to these folders.

I had this problem a long time ago myself and ended up using some program that solved it, but can't remember wich program I used.

Thinking someone of you must have encountered this and fixed it somehow, I'm hoping you'll share the solution or at least your thoughts in the right direction so this can be resolved.

Best regards,

It seem to have occurred after the 8.1 to 10 update and I've read that a way to solve it was with a command line in cmd but no luck on that.

Any guess is as good as mine so feel free to share any ideas.
