mede8er med400x mini
« on: April 06, 2016, 05:48:39 AM »
Hello, i am Italian. I have a mini MED400X mini but does not work well with .flac music with the Toslink output connected to a DAC 24/192 and aux input amplifier NAD C352. I tried different firmware. Using an external HD WD USB 2.5. The optical signal output is already decoded? To be precise on some songs work and others do not, when this locked on one track then not work with anyone, turn on off and try again. Can you help me, thanks.

Have you got SPDIF on passthrough or stereo? The player is designed for codec switching surround amps. It dosn't lock to a fixed pcm rate like a hi-fi cd player. So the codec stopping pcm at the end of a track will upset some hi-fi DAC's.

Thanks jer1956. I use it in stereo, and now i get it because don't working in stereo pcm by dac. Please tell me if you know a media player from which i can use the stereo output optical connecting with dac, for HD music, flac up to 24/192 . I'm not interested audio surround or dolby ecc ecc.
