It looks like the fonts are too big in the template you are using.
Try a different template.

that's not the template...

You are using >100% windows fonts. Check your windows properties and go back to 100% fonts. then reprocess all your movies in yadis so the text will be correctly displayed.

It's probably dpi on your computer.  I have mine set to 125% so i can keep my resolution fairly high, but also see everything a little better/bigger.  However, i wouldn't worry about the way it looks on your monitor.  If it truly is your dpi, then it won't be an issue on your med8er -> TV.  Because however it looks on your p.c., does not mean it will look like that on your tv.

this will impact the output file from yadis. So you need to use 100% fonts. This preview window from yadis is WYSIWYG ;)
