I am experiencing a weird bug, not sure if it's an xml old file issue, but I have noticed that when I exit a movie, the focus is wrong. It doesn't go to the movie I've just watched but a totally different one or the previous film I watched.

It never used to do this, so unsure if it's a bug or some configuration file or xml file that's not updated for use with the latest firmware.

Mine does that as well - sometimes. It is not consistent, so it is hard to figure out a pattern.

I have this problem also sometimes when returning from a movie's about.jpg without even watching the movie.
I return to a totally different place in the list.

Same here. It usually goes back to the first movie you looked at/watched, no matter where you went after that.

So far, with this FW  the YouTube issues are gone, no more crashes. But I still miss the usb keyboard input. If this will be fixed, gratitude to all Mede8er team.

Just updated to this firmware and I am experiencing wierd issue in TV series jukebox

I am seeing like 3 pics of a show earlier it use to only show 1 jpg and clicking on it would play the series

any one can help whats happening

Did you put Auto View option to on in setup?  It sounds like you did forget that.

You might have had a bad flash installation. Did you use emergency firmware upgrade method as advised in the fw upgrade release notes and not the upgrade entry in setup menu?
You might want to retry upgrading again using emergency upgrade methode.

Do as follow:
- use a fat32 formatted usb stick
- first place that in your mede8er and then do a config save in setup, this will save your config on that usb stick
- now put the latest install.img firmware file on your usb stick
- turn off your mede8er, place the usb stick again that now has both the install.img file and the config file on it
- unplug power jack on the back. After 10 secs put it back
- now use the firmware emergency methode to upgrade:
hold the ON/OFF button on the Mede8er (not the remote) down for 15sec and then release. After the firmware has been checked (+-5-10sec) it will start to update. You will see the update progress on your TV.  Do not remove power during the Firmware Update procedure .
- after the upgrade has finished and you are back in the mede8er menu, goto setup and do a config restore (pin is 0000). It will load the config again you had before the upgrade and then reboot.
