4 Terabyte Int/Ext Hard Drive on 500x2

Hello, I've done some searching and have not found the answer to this yet. Can the Med500X2 on lastest firmware support a 4 terabyte drive and above?

Also, I'm assuming that as long as the enclosure supports it there should be no problem with the Med500x2 reading from a connected 4 terabyte USB drive??
