1. RESET if FullBD playback is started with activated BD menu after browser activity (e.g. watching internet trailers)
2. Language information not available after selection of certain track in movie playlist of a Full BD: If playback of a certain track is started from the playlist no language information is available for audio or subtitle selection. Due to this behaviour the right audio and/or subtitle track isn't selected automatically by the player.

I think this time is to long. Maybe it could be dereased to 1s or made user adjustable in steps of 0.1s. I never had any problems before this muting time was increased.
5. Wrong framerate during Full BD playback with menu: I case a Full BD can be played with BD menu it can occur that the main movie or some bonus feature is played with the wrong framerate. The reason for this behaviour is that the Mede8er can't adapt the framerate for each title/track. Instead the Mede8er plays all titles/track with the same framerate. This framerate choosen by the device can be different to the framerate of the main movie so that it is also played with a wrong framerate. The result is a bad user explerience due to stuttering. Best would be to adapt the framerate at the beginning of each part which is played from Full BD. Please regard that trailer, bonus features, menu and main movie can have different framerates!
6. Gapless audio playback not possible for single file flac/ape with track information in cue file: Gapless audio playback is not possible if single file ape/flac is played with title/track information available in the cue file. A hickup sound is played at the end of each track/title and the beginning of the next track/title. So far gapless playback doesn't work.
