firmware update - must install every version?
« on: March 28, 2014, 08:52:22 PM »
hello,

I havent update my firmware for few versions for my MED600X3D (3.0.1), can I just install the latest version or I have to do other ones in between until the latest version?

You can just install the latest - don't forget to check if right bootloader is already installed as described in the release notes.
Also use the emergency install mode as described in the release notes to update the firmware.

I am having problems entering the emergency upgrade procedure on the MED1000X3D, I have followed the instructions on a step by step basis but all to no avail. Could this be a memory stick issue as I am using a 32gb stick to try to upgrade from and it may not be recognised by the machine.

Could be an incompatible stick. Try another and also be sure to format it first fat32. Standard is often exFAT and that will not work for firmware update.
